ZIGGLA.COM REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATION
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 states that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.
On Ziggla.com you can cancel an order within 7 days for a full refund.
You can also exchanged undamaged, unused, and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items.
Unless items are defective, or a mistake on our part, you return them to us at your expense.
For hygiene reasons Ziggla.com cannot accept returns of adult toys, creams, underpants, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they have been opened.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If the product is defective, please give a full description of the fault in writing, and return it in its original box with all the manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.
REFUNDS

Ziggla.com will refund the delivery cost if there was a mistake on our part, or if the product was defective.

To make a return, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the original package securely and send it to the address below.
